Condition/This Keirin track frame was used by a visiting racer for when he participated in the Japan Keirin. Eddy Merckx Special Columbus tubing. Even though this frame is not NJS Stamped, NON-NJS frames were able to be used at earlier international Keirin races (now racers must use NJS frames).
The frame has some small chipped paint spots and surface rust spots but is otherwise in good used condition overall.
