Campus-Wide Fund-Raiser for Haiti Relief Effort

A campus-wide benefit event will be held on Friday, January 22, 2010, at 5:00 p.m. at the Gregory Gym Plaza to raise funds for the relief effort in Haiti. Additional activities will take place throughout the day starting at noon in the Malcom X Lounge in Jester Center A136.
This fund-raising effort is supported and sponsored by the John L. Warfield Center for African and African American Studies, the African and African Diaspora Department, the Teresa Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies, the Multicultural Information Center, the Black Faculty and Staff Association, the Community Engagement Center, the Division of Diversity and Community Engagement, and various student campus organizations.
