Keiko and Tomomi the winking love birds

Giving presents is fun. Giving presents that I made myself is even more fun! During the last days of my winter vacation back in Japan I was sewing a couple of winking love birds for two very special ladies.

I’m happy to report that both Keiko and Tomomi loved their little felt friends! I heard them say ‘kawaii’ (cute in Japanese) over and over and that’s always a good sign.
