Now I know what this is and what a beautiful creature it is full length about 12" that's 1 ft or 300mm to you foreigners. this little chap was caught in one of the fishermen s nets. as a lot are, but I do not know for the life of me why they kill them and hang them over the front door. its the culture! not going down that road today,
the forked tongue is purple so its a moniter lizard and if left alone it may have grown as big as the one I saw on the 6.4/10 that is a good 9ft.
